Job Overview
Under the supervision of the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Assistant/Driver will handle facility maintenance, stock management, and safe driving of MdM vehicles in line with organizational standards.
🔧
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintenance & Repairs
- Diagnose faults and carry out electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
- Perform routine inspections of facilities
- Support contractors and ensure safety compliance
2. Stock Management
- Receive, record, and store goods properly
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records
- Ensure availability of essential supplies
3. Driving & Safety
- Drive MdM vehicles in line with safety regulations
- Ensure passenger and equipment safety
- Maintain valid driving documents
4. Vehicle Maintenance
- Regularly check engine, oil, brakes, and tires
- Keep vehicle clean and in good condition
- Report faults and arrange repairs

- Strong technical and repair skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and physical stamina
