ABOUT THE ROLE
Standard Chartered Bank is recruiting a Premium Executive to manage and develop relationships with emerging affluent and high-profile clients while driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will provide tailored financial solutions, support clients throughout their wealth journey, acquire new customers and strengthen existing relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a portfolio of emerging affluent clients and acquire new customers.
Develop existing client relationships and grow assigned portfolios.
Deliver exceptional client service and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Provide advisory-led wealth solutions and promote appropriate wealth management products.
Generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments and manage customer requests.
Understand clients’ financial needs, goals and aspirations and provide suitable financial solutions.
Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities to grow and protect their wealth.
Keep up to date with market trends, product developments and promotional campaigns.
Ensure client accounts are managed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risks associated with the role.
Maintain strong governance, regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
Escalate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance issues appropriately.
Collaborate with the Wealth Management Team and Branch teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Relevant role-specific, regulatory and compliance training is expected.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
3 to 5 years of banking knowledge and sales experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
Ability to learn new products and services quickly.
Strong market awareness and understanding of market trends.
Good management information and reporting skills.
Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, responsive, courageous and trustworthy approach to work.
