Job Overview
The Community Engagement Specialist will lead and coordinate program activities across Bauchi State, ensuring effective implementation, stakeholder engagement, and achievement of program results in line with donor and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of annual workplans, budgets, and implementation strategies
- Oversee day-to-day program execution across the state
- Serve as liaison with State Ministries, LGAs, and partners
- Supervise Coordinators, Programme Officers, MEAL Officers, and support staff
- Ensure alignment on monitoring and evaluation priorities
- Strengthen community feedback systems and ensure accountability
🎓
Requirements
- Master’s degree (preferred) in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field
- 7–10 years experience managing donor-funded programs
- Strong knowledge of donor agencies (FCDO, USAID, UNICEF, WHO, Global Fund, etc.)
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong background in MEAL, budgeting, and operations
