🔹 1. Nurse Facilitator – Nurse Trainer
This role focuses on strengthening nursing capacity through structured training programs, bedside mentoring, and simulation exercises.
Key Focus Areas:
- Training needs assessment and curriculum development
- Delivering practical and classroom-based training for nurses
- Supporting continuous professional development
- Conducting mortality and case reviews
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (preferably with paediatric experience)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Prior NGO/humanitarian experience is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Hausa

🔹 2. IPC Facilitator – Infection Prevention & Control Trainer
This role is responsible for building capacity in infection prevention and control (IPC) practices within healthcare settings.

Requirements:
