🔹 1. Nurse Facilitator – Nurse Trainer

This role focuses on strengthening nursing capacity through structured training programs, bedside mentoring, and simulation exercises.

Key Focus Areas:

• Training needs assessment and curriculum development
• Delivering practical and classroom-based training for nurses
• Supporting continuous professional development
• Conducting mortality and case reviews

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (preferably with paediatric experience)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Prior NGO/humanitarian experience is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Hausa

🔹 2. IPC Facilitator – Infection Prevention & Control Trainer

This role is responsible for building capacity in infection prevention and control (IPC) practices within healthcare settings.
