HR GENERALIST ROLE – TALENT LAB (ABUJA | HYBRID)
Talent Lab, a reputable talent management and capacity development organization focused on equipping individuals within the mass labour market, is currently seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join its team in Abuja.
This role offers a hybrid work structure and provides a competitive monthly net salary ranging from ₦500,000 to ₦600,000. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting and managing core HR operations while contributing to the organization’s overall workforce effectiveness and service delivery.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and coordinating onboarding activities. Additionally, the role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, as well as managing employee benefits such as HMO administration for client staff.
In terms of performance management, the HR Generalist will coordinate goal-setting initiatives, appraisal cycles, and employee evaluations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The role also requires the development and implementation of training frameworks aimed at strengthening employee skills, improving productivity, and enhancing overall workforce capability.
Candidates applying for this role are expected to possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in HR operations, HR generalist functions, or as an HR Business Partner. Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel, as well as familiarity with HR systems and tools, is required. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate a collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while managing multiple HR workflows efficiently.
