Job Summary:
The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing site installation, integration, and commissioning activities across assigned regions. The role requires a proactive professional capable of ensuring efficient deployment of telecom infrastructure while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute installation, integration, and commissioning activities in line with standards
- Handle site deployments independently and ensure timely delivery
- Complete all technical documentation including TSS, ATP, and checklists accurately
- Troubleshoot alarms, connectivity issues, and hardware faults effectively
- Coordinate with NOC, project teams, vendors, and local stakeholders
- Manage logistics, site access, and on-ground operations
- Provide regular updates and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant telecom site engineering experience
- Strong understanding of network deployment and integration
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel as required
