Job Summary

The Farmer Service Supervisor will oversee farmer engagement, coordination, and field-level operations to ensure effective delivery of support services and adherence to best agricultural practices. The role serves as a critical link between farmers and Arzikin Noma Africa’s operational framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise farmer onboarding, engagement, and capacity-building initiatives
  • Coordinate field operations and monitor farm activities for compliance with established standards
  • Provide technical and operational support to farmers to enhance productivity
  • Collect field data and prepare reports on farmer performance and operational challenges
  • Liaise between farmers and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years’ experience working with farmers or in agricultural field operations
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel and work extensively in rural and field locations

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
