The Foundation for Climate Action and Sustainable Development (F-CASD) is seeking a skilled Grant & Partnership Coordinator based in Borno, Nigeria. F-CASD is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to mitigating the impacts of climate change through innovative and multidisciplinary approaches.
The Grant & Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing funding opportunities while building strategic partnerships to advance F-CASD’s mission. The role involves developing grant acquisition strategies, preparing high-quality proposals and reports, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and strengthening collaboration with government agencies, NGOs, the private sector, and international partners.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, and partnership management, preferably within NGOs or development organizations. Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management tools.
