Project Officers
The dRPC is seeking to engage 2 part-time Project Officers and 1 full-time Project Officer to support the coordination and implementation of ongoing projects.
Requirements
Minimum of a Master’s degree in the Social Sciences
At least 3 years’ experience managing donor-funded projects as a CSO Project Officer
Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills
Demonstrated experience coordinating field activities, partners, and community stakeholders
Strong understanding of project monitoring, reporting, and donor compliance requirements
Ability to prepare high-quality donor reports, activity plans, and implementation schedules
Proven ability to manage budgets, logistics, and project documentation
Experience working with government agencies, CSOs, and community structures
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Research Consultants
The dRPC is seeking to engage 4 part-time Researchers and 1 full-time Researcher on consultancy for a duration of 9 to 12 months to support the Monitoring and Evaluation components of current projects.
Requirements
Completion of a postgraduate degree in the Social Sciences
Strong interest in research with intellectual curiosity
Knowledge of techniques for conducting systematic literature reviews in Social Sciences
Attention to detail and strong capacity for technical and non-academic report writing
High level of discipline and responsiveness
Minimum of 2 peer-reviewed or published research works in Social Sciences
Proven research, analytical, and legal writing skills
