What You’ll Do
- The Senior Inclusive Digital Growth Manager will lead FarmerChat’s end-to-end growth strategy in Nigeria (primary market), as well as two additional priority African markets: Kenya and Ethiopia, under the Gates Foundation funded FarmerChat Project. With lean country teams, this role requires a hands-on leader who can set direction, run experiments, and use data and AI tools to move quickly.

A core expectation of this role is ensuring that growth translates into equitable access and engagement, with explicit attention to reaching women farmers and other underserved users.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify, test, and scale digital acquisition channels using an omni-channel approach, including paid, organic, and partner-led growth
- Develop, launch, and evaluate integrated digital growth campaigns, including promotional, marketing, and social media efforts across priority markets
- Ensure growth strategies and experiments are designed and evaluated with an inclusion lens, tracking engagement across key user segments, and addressing gaps in reach or retention
- Build and maintain growth tracking and attribution foundations; monitor performance across core growth metrics, including digital channels, and translate insights into clear, actionable strategies
- Optimize digital campaigns across paid, organic, and owned channels (including social media and web), using analytics and SEO tools to improve performance and ROI
- Use AI and LLM-based tools to accelerate analysis, experimentation, creative iteration, and insight synthesis
- Collaborate closely with global product, strategy, and country teams to ensure growth efforts are practical, coordinated, and locally grounded
- Act as a growth leader in lean environments—setting priorities, coaching collaborators, and driving execution

- Represent Digital Green in conversations with donors, partners, and external forums—clearly articulating growth strategy, evidence, and lessons from implementation
- Contribute to internal and external conversations on inclusive digital growth, including lessons on improving women’s access to AI-enabled agricultural services
