Punchline Marketing Hub is hiring an Intern for the position of Training Assistant. The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination and documentation of training activities while working closely with facilitators, participants and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions.
Support the preparation and organization of training activities and materials.
Act as a liaison between the company and training facilitators.
Communicate relevant training schedules, updates and requirements to facilitators and participants.
Assist with coordinating logistics before and during training sessions.
Support facilitators during training activities to ensure smooth delivery.
Monitor attendance and maintain accurate training records.
Prepare summary reports of completed training sessions.
Collect relevant feedback from participants and facilitators.
Assist in documenting key outcomes, observations and recommendations from training sessions.
Support other administrative and coordination duties as assigned by the organization.
Requirements
Applicants should demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with facilitators, participants and team members.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines.
Good writing and reporting skills.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
