Job Summary
The Human Resource Manager is a strategic business partner responsible for developing and executing the organization’s human capital strategy. This role oversees talent acquisition, organizational design, employee engagement, performance management, legal compliance, and Learning & Development (L&D). The HR Manager will build a future-ready workforce by promoting continuous learning, leadership development, and capability enhancement aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Human Capital Leadership
• Design and implement HR strategies that support business growth, workforce optimization, and cultural alignment.
• Advise executive leadership on organizational design, people strategy, and human capital investments.
• Drive data-driven HR decisions using workforce analytics and reporting.
2. Talent Management & Acquisition
• Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain high-potential talent.
• Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) across hiring and workplace practices.
3. Learning & Development (L&D)
• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide Learning & Development strategy.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create customized learning plans and curricula.
• Implement blended learning approaches, including:
• Instructor-led training
• E-learning platforms
• Mentorship and coaching
• Knowledge-sharing forums
• Manage partnerships with external training vendors, professional bodies, and learning institutions.
• Foster a learning culture through knowledge management systems and continuous feedback mechanisms.
4. Performance & Succession Management
• Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and development plans.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning to ensure leadership continuity and internal mobility.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor retention risks.
5. Employee Relations & Legal Compliance
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
• Promote a positive organizational culture through transparency and fair employment practices.
6. Organizational Development & Change Management
• Lead cultural transformation initiatives that encourage innovation, collaboration, and agility.
• Manage change and communication plans during restructures, integrations, or strategic transitions.
• Conduct organizational climate surveys and implement continuous improvement action plans.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
(Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage).
• Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPM, CIPD, or SPHR are highly desirable.
• 8–10+ years of strategic HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role, including strong exposure to L&D.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering end-to-end L&D programs with measurable business impact.
• Proficiency in modern HR technologies, including HRIS, LMS, and HR analytics tools.
