Esty Agroscience is currently recruiting for the pivotal role of Head of Operations. This strategic leadership position is designed to profoundly strengthen operational execution, establish robust and scalable systems, and embed a culture of operational excellence throughout the company’s expanding footprint across Kaduna and wider Northern Nigeria.
The Head of Operations role extends beyond routine day-to-day management; it is fundamentally focused on strategic direction-setting, cultivating strong team alignment, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all field operations, supply chain management, and critical partnerships.
