JOB OVERVIEW
NewGlobe is seeking a strategic and data-driven academic leader to oversee educational outcomes across its schools in Katsina State. The successful candidate will lead academic planning, coordinate education programmes, support instructional improvement, and work with government stakeholders to improve student learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the state’s academic plan and coordinate academic initiatives across departments.
Monitor student performance and use data to improve teaching quality and learning outcomes.
Provide feedback to instructional design teams to strengthen teaching materials and contextualise learning content.
Represent NewGlobe in engagements with government education stakeholders, including SUBEB, MOE, and UBEC.
Develop and implement programmes and policies that improve student achievement and school operations.
Manage the academic team within the assigned territory.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Graduate qualifications are preferred.
Experience working with primary schools as a teacher, school leader, or project professional.
Experience evaluating student learning, teacher development, or educational programmes is desirable.
Strong leadership, project management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis skills are essential.
- SUPERVISOR, SCHOOLS

JOB OVERVIEW
NewGlobe is seeking a results-oriented Supervisor, Schools to oversee school performance, support school leaders, and improve teaching quality and student achievement.
The successful candidate will work closely with school staff, parents, government officials, and community stakeholders to ensure effective school management and quality education delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise school leaders and support effective school management.
Conduct classroom observations, provide feedback, and coach teachers and school leaders.
Use performance data and quality assurance findings to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
Support school enrollment, student retention, parent engagement, and community participation.
Ensure schools maintain safe learning environments and comply with relevant regulations.
Facilitate professional development and training for school staff.
Qualifications and Experience
An undergraduate degree in any field is required. A Bachelor of Education or a master’s degree is an added advantage.
Two years of teaching experience is highly preferred.
Applicants should demonstrate community leadership, team management, mentoring, coaching, and strong interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Hausa is required.
Candidates must be willing to travel daily to schools, as the role is field-based and requires spending approximately 90% of the time in schools.
