Job Title: Human Resource Manager (HR Architect)

Enricher Fintech is scaling rapidly and seeks a strategic Human Resource Leader to design and operate the people function that will support the company’s next phase of growth. The successful candidate will build scalable HR systems, lead talent acquisition, shape a high‑performance culture, and ensure compliance with relevant labour and regulatory requirements—aligning HR strategy with our fintech growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

– Design and implement scalable HR processes and systems across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, retention).

– Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for critical technical and commercial roles; develop employer‑brand and campus/talent pipeline strategies.

– Build and drive a performance‑oriented culture through clear goal‑setting, performance frameworks, feedback and reward structures.

– Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour law, payroll regulations and company policies; manage relationships with external advisors where needed.

– Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned to market practice and company stage.

– Implement and manage HRIS, people analytics and reporting to inform strategic decision‑making.

– Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, talent development and organisational design.

– Support change management initiatives related to growth, structure, systems and culture.

Qualifications and experience

– Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR leadership or senior HR generalist roles; experience in fintech or financial services is strongly preferred.

– Proven track record building HR systems and processes for high‑growth organisations.

– Strong experience in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation design and HR compliance.

– Familiarity with HRIS platforms and people analytics.

– Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP) is an advantage.

– Excellent stakeholder management, communication and change management skills.

– High integrity, discretion with confidential information, and a pragmatic, solutions‑oriented approach.
