The Credit Pros is currently hiring a Client Success Agent (Customer Support) for a full-time remote role open to candidates based in Nigeria. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading U.S.-based credit repair company from the comfort of your home.

Job Overview

• Position: Client Success Agent (Customer Support)
• Location: Remote (Nigeria)
• Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
• Start Date: 27th July 2026
• Work Schedule: 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, with Saturday after training)

Role Summary

The Client Success Agent will provide phone, email, and chat support to customers, helping resolve account, billing, and platform-related issues. The role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve and escalate product or account-related issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on requests
• Address billing, collections, and payment-related inquiries
• Apply customer retention strategies and manage cancellations
• Meet performance KPIs (call quality, response time, etc.)

Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Basic knowledge of the U.S. credit system (loans, credit cards, etc.)
• Ability to use tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Zoho, and others
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
• Dedicated home workspace

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $4/hour (approx. $693/month minimum)
• Paid Training: 1-month training (Monday–Friday)
