The African Impact Investing Group (AIIG) is looking for passionate, highly organised professionals to join its Secretariat and contribute to efforts to mobilise capital for impact, strengthen national impact-investing ecosystems, and amplify Africa’s voice in global impact investing.
AIIG brings together policymakers, investors, entrepreneurs, civil society organisations, national partners and other ecosystem actors working to advance impact investing across Africa.
📢 AVAILABLE POSITIONS
1️⃣ PROGRAMME MANAGER
A senior operational role responsible for supporting the implementation of AIIG’s programming priorities across Africa.
Key areas include:
- Coordinating country-level and regional programmes
- Managing partnerships and stakeholder relationships
- Supporting implementation of AIIG initiatives
- Coordinating activities across African markets
- Supporting the CEO in delivering the organisation’s mission
- Contributing to the growth of Africa’s impact-investing ecosystem
2️⃣ PROGRAMME ASSISTANT — PROGRAMMES, BRAND & COMMUNICATIONS
A dynamic role supporting the organisation’s programmes, communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
Key areas include:
- Programme coordination and administration
- Communications support
- Events planning and coordination
- Stakeholder engagement
- Supporting programme activities
- Maintaining consistency of AIIG’s brand across programme outputs
- Providing administrative and operational support to the Secretariat

🌍 Location: Remote
Preferred residency: Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia, Burkina Faso or South Africa
💼 Employment: Full-time, fixed-term
📅 Contract: 2026–2027, renewable subject to funding and performance
