🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily station operations and ensure standards are maintained
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and accountability systems
- Track stock, sales, cash/POS transactions, and operations
- Identify operational issues and recommend solutions
- Liaise with accountants, supervisors, and internal teams
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management
- Travel when required for operational follow-up
📌 Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in operations, fuel station, retail, or logistics
- Strong supervisory and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of record-keeping, reporting, and internal controls
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Must reside within Karshi, Nyanya, Mararaba axis (or nearby areas)
