Job Overview
The role focuses on driving customer acquisition and promoting banking products and services. Successful candidates will be responsible for engaging potential clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new customers for banking products and services
- Promote offerings such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, and digital banking solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide accurate information about product features and benefits
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance indicators
- Conduct field marketing, outreach, and lead generation activities
- Assist with customer onboarding and ensure proper documentation
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (business-related fields are an advantage)
- 0 – 1 year work experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of banking products is an added advantage
