Available Positions and Key Requirements

1. Agronomy Researchers
Agronomy Researchers will design and implement field trials, evaluate crop performance, and generate insights to improve farming practices and productivity.
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field, with experience in agricultural research, data collection, and analysis.

2. Agronomy Specialist
The Agronomy Specialist will support the development and dissemination of best agronomic practices, working closely with field teams and farmers to ensure optimal crop yields.
Qualification: Degree in Agronomy or Agriculture with practical field experience and strong understanding of soil, crop management, and climate-smart practices.

3. Human Resources Specialist
This role focuses on talent management, recruitment, staff engagement, and HR operations to support a growing workforce.
Qualification: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with experience in HR functions and strong interpersonal skills.

4. Value Chain Strategist (Lead)
The Value Chain Strategist will lead the development of strategies that improve market access, distribution systems, and value addition for agricultural products.
Qualification: Degree in Economics, Agribusiness, or related field with experience in value chain development, market systems, and strategic planning.

5. Grants Finance Manager
The Grants Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance for donor-funded projects, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualification: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with strong experience in grant management and donor reporting.
