Program Overview
MyIT Consult Ltd, in strategic partnership with the American University of Nigeria (AUN) Distance & eLearning Institute, is pleased to invite qualified professionals, academics, and experienced facilitators to apply for the 2026 Training of Trainers (ToT) Program (Cohort 1).
This initiative is designed to identify and upskill a select group of high-quality facilitators to support the delivery of AUN’s professional, executive, and online learning programs. The program aims to build a robust pipeline of accredited trainers capable of delivering world-class hybrid education across Nigeria.
Learning Objectives
Successful applicants will undergo intensive training in:
• Modern adult learning methodologies (Andragogy).
• Advanced online and hybrid instructional delivery.
• Quality assurance and pedagogical assessment.
• Global educational standards aligned with the AUN curriculum.
