The Young Professionals Bootcamp (YPB) is a transformative, fully funded, in-residence leadership and enterprise programme designed to empower high-performing young Nigerians with the skills, exposure, and mentorship needed to thrive in today’s competitive world. Over the course of three intensive days, selected participants will gain world-class practical training, develop innovative solutions, and build the capacity to contribute meaningfully to Nigeria’s economic growth.
For over a decade, the Young Professionals Bootcamp has remained committed to raising a new generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers. The programme brings together ambitious young minds from across the country, creating a powerful network of forward-thinking individuals driven by purpose and impact.
A total of 300 outstanding candidates will be selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants to participate in this immersive experience. Beyond the bootcamp, participants will gain access to invaluable mentorship opportunities from industry experts and seasoned professionals. In addition, selected candidates with viable business ideas or existing ventures may qualify for seed funding opportunities, with up to ₦150 million in grants available to support and scale entrepreneurial initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must be Nigerian citizens between the ages of 20 and 35 by June 2026. They should be final-year students or graduates of a recognized tertiary institution and demonstrate a strong passion for solving problems and creating impact within Nigeria.
The programme is open to applicants from all states across the country, ensuring equal opportunity for young talents nationwide. All expenses for the bootcamp are fully covered, making it accessible to deserving candidates regardless of financial background.
