Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant professional experience, or Diploma with 4 years of relevant professional experience, in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law, or related fields.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience working with migrants, refugees, IDPs, victims of trafficking, or other vulnerable groups.
Minimum 4 years of experience with statistical tools, reporting, and liaison with government authorities, preferably in the humanitarian sector.
Minimum 4 years of experience in humanitarian emergencies.
Minimum 4 years of experience in West Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with implementation and monitoring of DTM project activities.
Compile, analyse, summarise, and present project data.
Monitor budgets and support administrative coordination.
Prepare status reports, correspondence, briefing notes, presentations, and statistical tables.
Organise meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Maintain project records and respond to information requests.
Liaise with government authorities, UN agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
Support work involving migrants, refugees, IDPs, victims of trafficking, and vulnerable groups.

Key Skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
Knowledge of migration-related issues and humanitarian programming.
Knowledge of financial rules and regulations is an advantage.
Knowledge of local languages in Northeast, Northwest, and North Central Nigeria is desirable.

Qualification: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Social Sciences, Geography, IT, Computer Science, or another relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data collection and information management, preferably in conflict or natural disaster settings.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Information Management or Displacement Tracking Matrix.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Africa.
Fluent English and working-level Hausa are essential.
Knowledge of another local language is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with field data collection in collaboration with government counterparts and relevant partners.
Supervise and support DTM field staff and enumerators.
Monitor data collection activities and recommend improvements.
Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of collected data.
Ensure timely submission of data using mobile data collection tools.
Support training and capacity building for enumerators and partners.
Support community engagement, mobilisation, and sensitisation activities.
Compile weekly and monthly field reports.
Coordinate staff deployment and field logistics.
Ensure compliance with data protection and ethical standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Skills:
Good management and interpersonal skills.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Knowledge of mobile data collection technologies and GPS.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
Experience supervising data collection teams.
Experience with international organisations, UN agencies, INGOs, or NNGOs is an advantage.
Experience with DTM data collection is an advantage.
Ability to work in challenging environments and meet tight deadlines.

Maintain project files and records.

Liaise with government authorities, UN agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

Support activities involving migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking, and other vulnerable groups.
