QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

University degree in a relevant discipline with 1 year of relevant experience.

OR

Diploma in a relevant discipline with 2 years of relevant experience.

Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in data collection.

Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in the humanitarian field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in West Africa.

Fluency in English is required.

Fluency in at least one local language is required.

Experience working with NGOs or INGOs is mandatory.

Experience in data collection and statistics is an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect data using DTM methodologies and tools.

Conduct mobility tracking, registration, flow monitoring, surveys and other assessments.

Ensure the accuracy, integrity and credibility of collected data.

Triangulate collected data with relevant partners.

Submit information collected in the field promptly to the Team Leader or Project Assistant.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection and humanitarian principles.

Collaborate with DTM partners and field teams during data collection.

Monitor field operations and identify areas for improvement.

Be available for deployment or redeployment when required.
