Job Summary
The Customer Care Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer experience within the pensions industry.
This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Provide accurate information about pension services

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in any discipline
- 1–2 years experience in a customer-facing role

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
