STEM Club Africa is inviting applications from qualified and passionate individuals for the position of Digital Trainer in Kaduna and Nasarawa States.

About the Role

Successful candidates will deliver practical, engaging digital skills training to young people within their assigned communities. Digital Trainers will help learners develop relevant digital competencies, provide mentorship and guidance, monitor their progress, and support their preparation for opportunities in the growing digital economy.

Trainers will also work closely with STEM Club Africa’s Zonal Program Officer and Project Team to ensure effective implementation of programme activities.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Trainers will be expected to:

• Facilitate engaging and practical digital skills training sessions for young people.
• Mentor and support learners throughout the training programme.
• Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Promote STEM Club Africa programmes and activities within their communities.
• Work closely with the Zonal Program Officer and Project Team.
• Create a supportive learning environment that encourages participation and skills development.
• Contribute to STEM Club Africa’s goal of empowering young people with relevant digital skills.

Requirements & Qualifications

Interested applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of OND or B.Sc. in any relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of digital skills and tools.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Passion for youth development, digital education, and community impact.
• Ability to effectively engage, mentor, and support young learners.
• Availability to work in the assigned location.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a project team.
