The Digital Safety and Online Protection Training is designed to empower women working in advocacy and human rights with practical skills to stay safe online.
This initiative is organized by Centre for Information Technology and Development (CITAD) with support from Association for Progressive Communications (APC).

This training is open to:
- 👩 Women Human Rights Defenders (WHRDs)
- 📰 Women journalists
- 📢 Advocates working in:
- Gender rights
- Digital rights
- Privacy
- Civic space
- Social justice

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- 👩 Be female, aged 25–45 years
- 📍 Reside in Kano, Bauchi, or Jigawa State
- 💡 Have interest or experience in:
- Digital safety
- Online protection
- Advocacy
- Community engagement
