DTH Lab Research Fellowship Programme 2026
Applications are now open for the DTH Lab Research Fellowship Programme 2026. This opportunity is designed for early career researchers who are interested in exploring how digital technologies are transforming health systems policy and the well being of young people across different contexts.
The fellowship runs for six months from 1 May to 31 October 2026 and is fully remote. Selected fellows will receive a stipend while contributing to real world research projects and building valuable skills professional networks and practical experience in digital health and policy.
The programme focuses on key thematic areas including national policies for young people’s digital well being mapping digital health services for young people digital citizenship for health artificial intelligence competencies within the health workforce and emerging roles in an AI enabled health system. Fellows will engage in research activities that contribute to shaping inclusive and effective health systems in low and middle income countries.
To be eligible applicants must be aged 30 or below and reside in a low or middle income country. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in digital health research public policy or related fields and be committed to contributing to impactful research throughout the duration of the programme.
