Relationship Officer (Affiliate) – Financial Inclusion at Credit Direct

Credit Direct Finance Company Limited, the fintech arm of the FCMB Group, is recruiting qualified and results-driven candidates for the position of Relationship Officer (Affiliate) – Financial Inclusion.

The role is focused on managing relationships with associations, driving customer acquisition and loan disbursement, activating new markets, and supporting financial inclusion initiatives at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Identifying, onboarding, and activating new markets and locations for Financial Inclusion sales.
• Driving loan acquisition and disbursement targets within assigned markets.
• Generating leads through field activities, referrals, and team initiatives.
• Promoting Financial Inclusion products, including loans, savings, micropension, and microinsurance.
• Building a strong community presence to support continuous customer acquisition.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with association leaders and key members.
• Addressing and resolving association-related challenges and complaints.
• Facilitating smooth onboarding for association members and explaining available products, benefits, and usage.
• Responding to, qualifying, and tracking inbound leads and requests.
• Serving as the primary liaison between Credit Direct and partner associations.
• Collaborating with the Team Lead to onboard new markets and associations.
• Developing and supporting localized sales and customer engagement strategies.
• Working with the marketing team on locality-specific promotional campaigns designed to improve customer conversion and experience.
• Maintaining accountability for the repayment performance of customers originated.

Requirements

Candidates should possess:

• A minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any field of study.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in a related role within the financial services industry.
• Experience in lending and/or collections will be an added advantage.
• Strong relationship management, communication, sales, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively in field-based and grassroots environments.
• A results-driven approach with the ability to meet acquisition and portfolio targets.
