🎯 Role Overview

The Programme Manager (P-4) will lead and coordinate multi-sector programmes focused on resilience, humanitarian response, and durable solutions in Northeast Nigeria.

This is a senior-level role, ideal for experienced professionals with strong leadership, programme management, and humanitarian expertise.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• 📌 Project Coordination: Lead planning and implementation of large-scale programmes
• 📊 Monitoring & Evaluation: Ensure effective tracking, reporting, and results delivery
• 🤝 Coordination: Work with UN agencies, government, and partners
• 🌐 Representation: Represent UNICEF in high-level meetings and stakeholder engagements
• 📢 Partnership & Communication: Strengthen collaboration and donor relations

🎓 Minimum Requirements

Education:

• Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in:
  • International Development
  • International Relations
  • Political Science
  • Social Sciences

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong background in:
  • Programme/project management
  • Monitoring & evaluation
  • Humanitarian/emergency settings
• Experience with resilience, nexus, or durable solutions programmes is highly desirable
