π― Role Overview
The Programme Manager (P-4) will lead and coordinate multi-sector programmes focused on resilience, humanitarian response, and durable solutions in Northeast Nigeria.
This is a senior-level role, ideal for experienced professionals with strong leadership, programme management, and humanitarian expertise.
π Key Responsibilities
- π Project Coordination: Lead planning and implementation of large-scale programmes
- π Monitoring & Evaluation: Ensure effective tracking, reporting, and results delivery
- π€ Coordination: Work with UN agencies, government, and partners
- π Representation: Represent UNICEF in high-level meetings and stakeholder engagements
- π’ Partnership & Communication: Strengthen collaboration and donor relations
π Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Advanced degree (Masterβs or higher) in:
- International Development
- International Relations
- Political Science
- Social Sciences
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong background in:
- Programme/project management
- Monitoring & evaluation
- Humanitarian/emergency settings
- Experience with resilience, nexus, or durable solutions programmes is highly desirable
