Available Positions

1. CLM Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the CLM framework. The successful candidate will lead the Foundation’s efforts in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting periodic program audits, and generating high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a professional capable of translating complex data into actionable insights to improve program efficiency and accountability.

2. Data Collector
The Data Collector will serve as a primary field-level operative responsible for the systematic gathering of information from designated communities and project sites. This role involves conducting surveys, interviews, and observations while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and ethical compliance. The Data Collector is expected to utilize digital tools to record and transmit data, serving as a vital link between community realities and the Foundation’s analytical teams.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications
RECEF is looking for individuals who possess a blend of academic excellence and practical field experience. Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: Possession of a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• Professional Experience: Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analytics, or the implementation of community-based programs within the nonprofit or development sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital data collection tools (such as KoboToolbox or ODK) and a strong command of Microsoft Excel and other analytical software.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills for community engagement, and a steadfast commitment to data confidentiality and integrity.
