Role Overview
Bincike International is recruiting a Gender and Protection Officer to ensure all programme activities are gender-sensitive, protection-focused, and compliant with safeguarding standards, promoting inclusion and well-being of vulnerable groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Mainstream gender and protection across all project phases
- Conduct gender/protection assessments and risk mitigation
- Ensure safeguarding and PSEAH compliance
- Strengthen community feedback and accountability systems
- Facilitate inclusive community participation
- Deliver trainings on gender, protection, and safeguarding
- Monitor indicators and prepare reports
Requirements
- Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Human Rights, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in gender/protection programming
- Strong reporting, facilitation, and coordination skills
- Knowledge of GBV, safeguarding, PSEAH, and child protection
2. Peace Building and Social Cohesion Officer (Contract)

Role Overview
Bincike International seeks a Peace Building and Social Cohesion Officer to design and implement conflict-sensitive interventions that strengthen community harmony, resilience, and inclusive dialogue in fragile settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate peacebuilding and social cohesion activities
- Conduct conflict analysis and early warning assessments
- Support dialogue sessions and community mediation initiatives
- Promote inclusion and participation of diverse groups
- Strengthen local conflict resolution mechanisms
- Collaborate with stakeholders and community leaders
- Monitor programme impact and prepare reports
Requirements
- Degree in Peace & Conflict Studies, Social Sciences, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in peacebuilding or community development
- Strong facilitation, mediation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in humanitarian or fragile contexts
