Role Overview

Première Urgence Internationale (PUI) seeks a Pharmacist to ensure efficient management of pharmaceuticals across supported health facilities. The role focuses on safe supply chain operations, stock management, and quality assurance of medicines in humanitarian settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise data collection on stock, consumption, and distribution
  • Ensure timely delivery of medicines and medical supplies
  • Manage inventory, storage conditions, and stock records
  • Conduct physical stock counts and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards and regulations
  • Monitor rational drug use and report irregularities
  • Support supply chain planning and coordination
  • Train pharmacy staff and health facility teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (registered with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical practice
  • NGO/INGO experience (preferred)
  • Strong skills in stock management and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of Sagastock is an asset)
  • Fluency in English (Hausa/Kanuri is an advantage)

  • ₦712,260 monthly
