HIRING
Early-Career Postdoctoral Research Fellow (Immunology / Virology)
Location: Ede, Nigeria
Contract Type: Two-year renewable contract
Key Responsibilities
• Lead dry-lab data analysis, visualization, and interpretation
• Support wet-lab immunological and molecular assays
• Integrate dry- and wet-lab research outputs
• Supervise and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students
• Contribute to manuscript preparation, grant writing, and technical reports
• Participate in laboratory meetings, collaborations, and project reviews
• Support capacity building and research development initiatives in Nigeria
Requirements
• PhD in Immunology, Virology, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field
• Strong background in dry-lab research
• Working knowledge of wet-lab techniques
• Evidence of publications or manuscripts in preparation
• Experience supervising or co-supervising students

Research Project Assistant
Location: Ede, Nigeria
Contract Type: Two-year renewable contract
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Principal Investigator’s calendar, meetings, and documentation
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate student research projects (BSc, MSc, and PhD levels)
• Support grant documentation, reporting, and compliance activities
• Assist with budget tracking and preparation of financial summaries
• Support staff coordination and performance documentation
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Project Management, Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Life Sciences is an added advantage
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
