Job Description
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for strategically leading and managing all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with Seven-Up Bottling Company’s policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery of packaging materials, raw materials, and other supplies to support uninterrupted production.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of finished products.
- Develop and maintain scalable warehousing and inventory control strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels using real-time tracking systems to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure accurate stock reconciliation through regular audits and stock-taking exercises.
- Analyze stock variances, identify trends, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Initiate and lead cost-reduction and process-optimization initiatives within warehouse operations.
- Design and implement inventory tracking systems using FIFO and LIFO principles, ensuring optimal storage and shelving practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry (mandatory).
- Candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to Northern Nigeria.
Recruitment Officer (Manufacturing Industry)
Job Description
The Recruitment Officer will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, support workforce planning, and ensure the timely hiring of qualified talent in line with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and selection criteria.
- Manage job postings across effective recruitment channels, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain a strong internal and external talent pipeline.
- Explore and recommend new recruitment channels to the Recruitment Manager.
- Ensure timely onboarding, including attendance system setup and provision of work tools.
- Track and report recruitment progress, highlighting risks and providing regular performance feedback.
- Plan and coordinate interview and selection processes, including assessments and in-person interviews.
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned within the job scope.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
- Candidate must be currently employed within the Manufacturing industry.
- Possess foundational knowledge of broader human resource functions.
