Job Summary
The Customer Service / Fulfillment Officer will be responsible for managing the full order-to-delivery process, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate and efficient fulfillment of inventory orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly
- Manage customer inquiries and support tickets across multiple channels
- Ensure proper picking, packing, and labeling of orders
- Verify product details (batch ID, serial numbers, expiry dates) against invoices
- Liaise with pharmacists for final verification and approval before dispatch
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems regularly
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in a relevant field
- Computer literacy is essential
- Proficiency in English and Hausa (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
