Job Summary
The company is seeking proactive individuals who will be responsible for debt recovery, customer follow-ups, and ensuring timely repayment of outstanding obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers for debt recovery and account follow-up.
- Negotiate repayment plans with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of recovery activities.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Submit daily and weekly recovery reports.
- Adhere to company policies and recovery procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle and possession of a valid rider’s permit (where applicable).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the assigned location.
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
Salary
₦175,000 monthly
