New Age Mobile Concepts Limited, a leading indigenous consumer electronics and mobile phone accessories company in Nigeria, is recruiting qualified candidates for multiple positions across inventory and sales operations.

The company operates in the design, manufacturing and nationwide wholesale distribution of mobile accessories including power banks, travel chargers, data cables, smartwatches and Bluetooth audio devices.

1. INVENTORY SUPERVISOR – SOUTH EAST

LOCATION: ANAMBRA, NIGERIA

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME

SALARY: ₦200,000–₦300,000 MONTHLY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage and reconcile inventory accounts.
2. Conduct physical inventory counts, cycle counts and stock audits.
3. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
4. Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting, inventory and supply chain standards.
6. Monitor inventory movements and identify process improvement opportunities.
7. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Warehouse and other teams.
8. Support inventory control procedures and improvements.
9. Prepare inventory reports and provide insights for decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field.
2. Relevant professional certification is an advantage.
3. Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory accounting, inventory control or related roles.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management.
5. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
6. Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
8. INVENTORY SPECIALIST – SOUTH EAST

LOCATION: ANAMBRA, NIGERIA

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME

SALARY: ₦200,000–₦300,000 MONTHLY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Receive, inspect and record incoming stock and supplies.
2. Issue materials and products based on approved requests.
3. Maintain accurate manual or electronic inventory records.
4. Ensure proper storage, labeling, organization and FIFO compliance.
5. Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
6. Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
7. Maintain a clean, safe and organized store.
8. Prevent stock loss, damage and theft.
9. Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
2. 2–3 years of storekeeping and inventory experience in FMCG or consumer electronics.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory accounting or a similar role.
4. Proven experience managing stores and inventory.
5. MODERN RETAIL SALES SPECIALIST

LOCATION: LAGOS, NIGERIA

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME

SALARY: ₦200,000–₦300,000 MONTHLY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Execute planograms and maintain brand visibility and shelf standards.
2. Monitor product availability and coordinate replenishment.
3. Secure and set up secondary displays including end-caps, floor stands and island units.
4. Negotiate premium shelf space and additional product facings.
5. Coordinate in-store promotions and POS material installation.
6. Monitor competitor pricing, launches and promotional activities.
7. Conduct stock rotations using FIFO principles.
8. Submit digital field reports with photographic evidence.
9. Train in-store promoters on product features and sales techniques.
10. Resolve delivery discrepancies and pricing issues with store supervisors.
11. Analyze store-level sales data to identify growth opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
2. 2–3 years of retailing experience in FMCG or consumer electronics.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in a modern retail role.
4. Proven marketing experience.
5. Strong leadership and people management skills.
6. Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
7. Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
8. Strong execution discipline and results orientation.
9. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
10. REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – NORTH

LOCATION: GOMBE, JIGAWA, KADUNA, KANO, KATSINA, KEBBI, PLATEAU, SOKOTO, TARABA, YOBE AND ZAMFARA

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME

SALARY: ₦500,000–₦750,000 MONTHLY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with national targets.
2. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and distribution objectives.
3. Expand market coverage and visibility of mobile phone accessories.
4. Manage and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers and key retailers.
5. Identify and onboard new distributors and high-potential outlets.
6. Ensure optimal stock availability and healthy stock rotation.
7. Lead, coach and performance-manage Sales Representatives and Territory Sales Executives.
8. Set KPIs, conduct field visits and provide on-the-job coaching.
9. Drive effective route-to-market execution and reporting.
10. Monitor competitor activities, pricing and promotions.
11. Provide market insights and sales forecasts to management.
12. Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, product launches and merchandising standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
2. 5–8 years of sales experience in FMCG or consumer electronics.
3. Minimum 2–3 years in a regional or area sales management role.
4. Strong understanding of regional market dynamics.
5. Proven experience managing distributors and field sales teams.
