🧩 Role Overview
The Program Associate will:
- Provide technical and project support across health and social programs
- Lead and manage project workstreams
- Support research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to program delivery, strategy, and impact measurement
🔑 Key Responsibilities
📊 Project & Program Management
- Plan and manage projects from start to finish
- Develop work plans, track progress, and ensure quality delivery
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders
🧠 Research & Advisory
- Conduct research and generate insights
- Support data analysis, costing, and modeling
- Produce reports and knowledge materials
🤝 Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with government, partners, and clients
- Facilitate workshops and meetings
- Build strategic relationships
💡 Business Development
- Identify grant opportunities
- Support proposal writing and program expansion
- Contribute ideas for new projects
🎓 Requirements
📘 Education
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Master’s degree (preferred)
💼 Experience
- Minimum 6+ years in:
- Public health advisory
- Management consulting
- Development sector
