🔹 1. Community Mobilization Assistant
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Field: Community Engagement / Cash Transfer Programming
Role Summary:
You will support community mobilization and cash transfer (MPCA) activities, acting as the field focal person within your assigned LGA. This includes community sensitization, beneficiary registration, complaint handling, and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobilize communities and conduct sensitization sessions
- Coordinate stakeholders and local leaders
- Support beneficiary identification, registration, and verification
- Manage complaints & feedback mechanisms (AAP)
- Ensure safeguarding (PSEA, GBV, Child Protection)
- Conduct post-distribution monitoring and reporting
- Support project implementation and compliance
Requirements:
- ND / HND / Bachelor’s in Social Sciences or related field
- Experience in community mobilization, CVA, or humanitarian response
- Strong communication & facilitation skills
- Knowledge of AAP, safeguarding, and humanitarian principles
- Familiarity with KoboToolbox / ODK / CommCare (added advantage)
- Fluency in English (Hausa/local languages preferred)

🔹 2. Finance Assistant
Experience: 2–3 years
Field: Accounting / Finance
Role Summary:
You will support financial operations, ensuring accurate records, compliance with donor regulations, and efficient financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments, reimbursements, and vouchers
- Maintain financial records and accounting entries
- Prepare bank reconciliations and payroll support
- Track budgets and expenditures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and Nigerian tax laws
- Support audits and financial reporting
Requirements:
- HND / Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years experience (NGO experience preferred)
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- ICAN / ANAN (added advantage)
