Role Overview
The Program Officer will support the design and implementation of development programmes. The role involves research project coordination stakeholder engagement and monitoring to ensure effective delivery of program objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support baseline research and programme design
Coordinate project implementation and work plans
Engage communities stakeholders and partners effectively
Manage budgets and track programme activities
Conduct monitoring and evaluation and document lessons learned
Prepare high quality technical reports and programme documentation
Requirements
Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences Education Law Development Studies or a related field
Minimum of three years experience in development programming
Experience in education governance gender or economic empowerment programmes
Strong qualitative research and project management skills
Excellent report writing and stakeholder engagement abilities
Proficiency in digital tools and data management

Requirements
