Available Positions

1. Examinations Officer – Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

The Examinations Officer (ICT) will support the development and management of ICT systems used in examination processes and data handling.

2. Confidential Secretary

Responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support, managing correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining records for senior officials.

3. Assistant Examinations Officer III – General Duties

Supports general administrative and operational functions including examination logistics and office coordination.

4. Assistant Examinations Officer I – ICT

Provides technical support for ICT operations including system maintenance and data processing.

5. Officer II – Audit

Supports internal audit activities, ensuring compliance and assisting in financial reviews and risk control processes.

6. Examinations Officer – Accounts

Handles financial operations including budgeting, reporting, and maintaining accounting records. Professional certifications are an advantage.

7. Assistant Examinations Officer I – Accounts

Assists in bookkeeping, financial documentation, and accounting support functions.

8. Assistant Examinations Officer II – ICT

Provides mid-level ICT support in system operations and digital examination processes.

9. Assistant Examinations Officer III – Audit

Supports audit processes through documentation and compliance checks.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Relevant Degree, HND, or ND in fields such as Computer Science, ICT, Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Secretarial Studies, or related disciplines
  • Professional certifications such as ICAN, ACCA, or ATS are an added advantage for finance-related roles
  • Completion of NYSC or valid exemption certificate

General Requirements

  • Minimum of five credits in WASSCE, SSCE, or GCE including English Language and Mathematics (maximum of two sittings)
  • Computer literacy is required for all roles
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Age Requirement

Applicants must not be more than 40 years of age at the closing date.
