🌟 THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Social Media Lead, you will be the digital face and voice of Silk Road Restaurant. Your mission is to capture the essence of our culinary experience and share it with the world.
• 📸 Visual Storytelling: Capture high-quality, mouth-watering photos and cinematic videos of our gourmet dishes and elegant interior. In addition, document happy clients.
• 🎨 Creative Editing: Design eye-catching posters and edit trending short-form videos (Reels/TikToks). These visuals should stand out in a crowded feed.
• 📱 Community Management: Take full ownership of our TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook pages. Engage with our fans, respond to inquiries, and grow an organic, active audience.
• 📈 Drive Results: Implement strategies to boost brand awareness and increase table bookings. Also, work to maximize fan engagement through innovative digital campaigns.
📋 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Minimum of a College Degree (HND/B.Sc) or equivalent.
• Personality: You must be outgoing, professional, and possess exceptional communication skills. You will interact with our upscale clientele.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in mobile photography and videography is needed. In addition, you should have experience with editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Experience: Prior experience managing social media for a restaurant, luxury shop, or hospitality brand is a major advantage.
💰 COMPENSATION & WORK LOGISTICS
• Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦200,000 (Competitive Base Salary + Attractive Performance Bonuses based on growth and engagement).
• Location: Silk Road Restaurant, Abuja.
• Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Includes 1 day off per week).
