Successful candidates will be emotionally mature communicators who handle feedback well, remain calm under pressure, and seek clarity when needed. Strong writing and analytical skills are essential, as the role involves reports, proposals, research, and investor materials.

Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Business, Education, Social Sciences, or related fields
Prior experience in program management, training, or capacity building initiatives
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools
