Role Purpose
Lead Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL) across multiple programme portfolios. Strengthen evidence generation, adaptive learning, and results-based decision-making. Remote MERL Jobs require strong skills in managing global portfolios.
Key Responsibilities

- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Development Studies, or related field.
- 7–10 years progressive experience in MERL within NGO or donor-funded environments.
- Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative methods).
- Experience supporting multi-country programmes.
- Familiarity with donor frameworks (FCDO, EU, USAID, or similar) is highly desirable.
