High Impact Professionals (HIP), an international nonprofit organisation helping experienced professionals transition into careers that address the world’s most pressing problems, is recruiting for four positions.

HIP has helped more than 140 professionals move into high-impact roles and facilitated over $5 million in counterfactual impact.

Since 2025, the organisation has expanded its team from 2 to 5 staff members. Over the next two years, HIP plans to grow its team to approximately 14 staff members, expand its programmes, increase participant numbers and support hundreds of career transitions annually.

1. DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

The successful candidate will contribute to the organisation’s operational leadership and help build the systems and processes needed to support HIP’s expansion.
