Position: Programme Support Assistant (Intern)

Roles and responsibilities
• Support programme implementation related to crime prevention and criminal justice initiatives
• Conduct research and analysis on issues related to crime, corruption, and justice systems
• Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, conferences, and training activities
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, briefing notes, and background documents
• Support the development of presentations, speeches, and communication materials
• Assist with social media content and programme visibility activities
• Provide administrative support such as documentation and procurement processes
• Perform other duties to support programme delivery and office operations
Qualifications
• Must be enrolled in the final year of a bachelor’s degree or enrolled in / recently completed a master’s or graduate programme
• Preferred fields include Law, Political Science, International Relations, Public Administration, or related social sciences
• Good knowledge of standard computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated interest in the work and values of the United Nations
• Ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
