- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦380,000 monthly (Gross)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Support the expansion of program offerings in line with organizational goals
- Improve existing programs by identifying gaps and recommending best practices
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic program plans
- Contribute to risk mitigation strategies for program sustainability
- Monitor and analyze project linkages to ensure efficiency and impact
- Collaborate with the Communications Team to boost program visibility
- Integrate program data and impact stories into reports and materials
- Identify internal and external risks affecting program delivery
- Represent the organization at meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
- Perform additional duties to support overall program success
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Project Management, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in program coordination or implementation within a nonprofit or development organization
- Strong understanding of program management, donor reporting, and results-based frameworks
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for gender equity and social impact
