- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support employee relations and staff welfare initiatives
- Maintain and improve HR policies and systems

📌 Requirements
- Relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the development/NGO sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
