ABOUT THE NIGERIA JUBILEE FELLOWS PROGRAMME (NJFP)
The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is a strategic initiative designed to equip young Nigerian graduates with invaluable workplace experience, foster professional skill development, and provide access to meaningful career opportunities. As a flagship program, NJFP aims to enhance the long-term employability of fresh graduates by placing them in structured, paid work placements within both public and private sector organizations nationwide.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
NJFP 2.0 is committed to:
• Providing hands-on work experience in dynamic professional environments.
• Building essential professional skills and competencies among young graduates.
• Facilitating access to a network of leading public and private sector employers.
• Enhancing the overall employability and career trajectories of Nigerian youth.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Prospective applicants must meet the following mandatory requirements:
• Academic Qualification: Must be a Nigerian graduate who completed their studies from 2022 onwards.
• Age: Must be 30 years old or younger at the time of application.
• National Service: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme or obtained an official Certificate of Exemption.
• Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed.
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE AND BENEFITS
Successful candidates will be:
• Placed in reputable public or private sector organizations for a period of 12 months.
• Provided with a competitive monthly stipend of ₦150,000.
• Exposed to real-world work environments and mentorship opportunities.
